AI that answers from real data.

Useful AI starts with the data behind it and ends with a number someone cares about. I work across the whole path: understanding the problem, preparing documents and data, building retrieval and generation, shipping an interface, measuring the result and making the system governable.

Frame the problem before the model.

Start from the people asking the questions: what they need, which documents hold the answers, and how success will be measured.

  • Built document ingestion, indexing and retrieval pipelines using Python, LangChain, LangGraph and vector databases; refined retrieval and prompts to ground answers in source documents.

  • Reduced one client’s monthly hosting and software costs from €500 to €350, a 30% saving on comparable services.

How organisations stay responsible for AI they don’t fully control

Operationalizing AI Governance in AI-Adopting Organizations

  • Examined how organisations can govern vendor-provided AI while remaining responsible for its use despite limited control over the underlying technology.
  • Synthesised 36 studies into an evidence-linked matrix of 38 governance mechanisms, connecting responsible actors, actions, records and AI lifecycle stages.
  • Proposed a literature-based implementation pathway with 12 priority mechanisms to help organisations sequence governance activities.

A system that stores each product’s details and a unique code on a blockchain. Customers scan the product’s QR code, and the code is checked against the chain: a match means genuine, a mismatch flags a counterfeit, without relying on a third party.
